This is going to be your journey of self-discovery, of clarity and growth with our meditation sessions led by Venerable Bao Co- Dharma name - Precious Key - of the That Bao Huyen Mon sect or Spirit Mountain, from South Vietnam.
That which cannot be said has to be experienced.
Meditation is a happening. You cannot grab it from the hands of existence. You cannot wish for it and you cannot have it. You can only do one thing, and that is to be empty, an empty vessel.
These meditations will help you find naturally your center, your inner space. From there, all possibilities are wide open.

The time is 8:00PM your local time, regardless of your location and done in your own space.
For a better experience, please allow a gap of an hour and a half after a full before you sit. Wear loose clothing, cotton is always preferred.
