That which cannot be said has to be experienced.
Meditation is a happening. You cannot grab it from the hands of existence. You cannot wish for it and you cannot have it. You can only do one thing, and that is to be empty, an empty vessel.
These meditations will help you find naturally your center, your inner space. From there, all possibilities are wide open.

This is a Free Global Full moon platform, dedicated to conscious beings, who gather together with the same intention every month:
here is what happens when we join as a group: everything that has life is energy, our hearts begin to sync, consciousness expands and harmonized hearts are powerful!
The high vibrations move through space, and find the same rhythm, where the heart field energy synchronize, and together becomes an elevated, luminous space of joy, peace and knowing.
At 8:00PM your local time, regardless of your location: sit in full awareness, in your own space, in silence, for one hour.
Allow a gap of an 1h30 after a light meal. Wear loose clothing, cotton always preferred.
