Dear Ones, When you love unconditionally, there is nothing to forgive. Love is for giving. So open your heart and give love. It is understood that, the one who loves, should love himself unconditionally; so the question is: are we doing our part, in full awareness, in learning and transmuting aspects of ourselves to bring back wonder and delight in our own being? Are we joyful or just pushing through? Do we get the sense of emptiness and lack inside our chest? Is our love just a pretense to keep us in company?
A good compass to understand where we are, is being able to be alone for extended periods of time without running away from our center, chasing something, driven to acquire the next best thing outside ourselves, soon to find out, dear ones, that no matter where where we run to, how far we reach, we always end up finding ourself.
When we learn to naturally sit in a relaxed way, we tune in to a very beautiful state that transforms our inner being. We become that which flows in and through ourself, we are transformed. Every intent with its action is infused with deep awareness and consciousness, manifestation of the blue print we are made of, now remembered. We are reborn. The Buddha, the Enlightened One expounded ways that will open us up into this journey of truth, healing and self-transformation. He asks us to wake up from our torpor. He invites us to see deeply, understand ourselves and things as they truly are, without judgement or condemnation but have the courage to take the right action, and go beyond the limitations we have been confined to live in. This inner work opens up our heart like a thousand petal lotus, where true love, the most powerful force emerges.
