We have changed the weekly group class offerings to Saturdays and Tuesdays starting at 9:00 AM EST. We hope you like the schedule. Su Co is always available for private sessions as well. We have also added an introduction session for new students ready to embark on their spiritual journey. Please share with anyone interested.
