Take charge of your own life. Disconnect from all the exterior noise to consciously dedicate time for your meditation practice, your inner- peace and well-being. You are made of a heap of memories through the five senses, a complex amalgamation of memories. Learn how to transform the compulsive energies that you have gathered. The more memory your body has gathered and accumulated, your body will need time to do the inner work to clear your physical being. The body will have more difficulty turning around, and will go through pain and suffering, as for the mind it is easier. Yet, the whole system will go through a physical process.

It is time to turn inward and see how complete your being is on its own, and doesn't need external existence. We are interdependent but our fundamental existence is a complete process by itself.
Come experience who you truly are and all the magnificence that lays dormant within you.
Look at yourself right now:  how are you living your life? Wouldn't you want to live in total bliss, stand firmly on your truth and open up to new dimensions of life?
